Why don't more people work out, when they're on the road working? I mean, it's easy right? But, is it simple?
Simple.
Easy.
In the bit of "web-search" I did, I found the following very helpful:
Simple: Having few parts, not complex, elementary.
Easy: Having little impact, requiring little effort, posing no difficulty.
Through definition, then, it should be apparant that the reason people don't work out while they're out working is not because it's not easy (make sense?); it's because the structures are not in place to support such activity. Take a look and see if you are organized to get a workout in...while you're out working.

I was journaling recently, and started writing down the "good questions I should ask myself." After a few minutes of brainstorming, here are a few I came up with related to my own health and wellness:
Which specific health and wellness goal are you avoiding creating, envisioning and working toward a specific target?
What one time, in your past, have you made progress on a specific goal?

1) Decide what it is.
2) Write it down as if it's already true.
3) Review it regularly.

Last Saturday was AWE-some. I raced in a local "Ojai 5K."
I'll share what went really well, and then what I'd do different next time.

As soon as they did, I took off on my bike, and I rode the entire course. This put a real-life, and current, picture in my head.

Last week I was in another hotel "gym" dressed to work out, lacking the drive or motivation to actually do anything.
I looked around, and I saw a treadmill with a trashed electric-panel cover, a weight rack with rusted iron stacked up, and a poster of "stretches" I can do.
