Garrett Lemire Memorial Grand Prix

Well, thanks to a little help from my friends, I've signed up for my first "road race." Yes, after racing triathlon for 7 years, it's time to mix things up a little bit!

The Garrett Lemire Memorial Grand Prix started the year Garrett's parents lost their son - while racing. Here is the open letter to the community about their son, their loss, and this race.

Ever since watching Lance Armstrong race - in our little Ojai! - a couple of years ago, I've wanted to join this race. So, come April 1st, at 8:30am, I'll line up with the best of them.
