"That changing the subject line thing..."

I presented a seminar today in Long Beach...a great group, doing great work, now experiencing great productivity! A winning combination?

The decision making process of e-mail management
...combined with...
Committing to future action, here in the moment.

How did they do it? Simple...

When you get, open, read and decide on the action associated with an incoming e-mail...type the action you'll take as the AMENDED subject line.

Whether you move that thing around or print it out, you'll be able to scan the subjects and at least know where to start. Simple, yes...effective, yes...doable, yes...

(If you have Outlook/Lotus Notes/Entourage, this is easy enough to do...)

This is one of those "little things" that could wind up giving you back multiple minutes of free time per week!
