Getting "the numbers" before you embark on change

I had my first two training sessions this morning. And, the theme of the day up to now: Know your numbers.

Both coaches wanted the specifics. From the actual RMR (resting metabolic rate) test, to describing a typical training week, I'm realizing just how significant a baseline is when starting on a change.

Our company is focused on researching and presenting the most efficient and effective ways to enhance workplace performance. I am now looking for ways to realize objective measurements to the change that people are looking to experience. (Less stress, more work/life balance, etc.)
