Thank you, Jack Quinn and Colorado Springs

I just got back from a great little 5K run through town with one of my triathlon coaches here in Colorado Springs. If you ever get a chance, come to the Springs on a Tuesday night...for more info, click here.

The course is well described, but I tell ya...I simply followed the HUNDREDS of people in front of and around me.

A fun night, and now it's time to rest up for my five-day triathlon camp to get underway starting at 8am on 05/7/2008!
