How do you get Microsoft Outlook to...

Oh, if I had a dollar for every time I've heard that! It seems that the moment I blend Psychology and Sociology (how we work by ourselves and how we work with others) with Technology, people come up with all sorts of new ways they want their digital systems to work.

So I promised a client I'd do this today...you know who you are!

If you want to experiment with managing your attention and intentions daily, consider launching Outlook into anything besides your email inbox.

I suggest people practice with the Outlook Dashboard ( see this link for a short video and 5 articles: www.OutlookDashboard.com ). This serves you tremendously by bringing forward just your most important predefined pieces of work for up-to-the-minute action and prioritization.

THEN go refocus on your "new" work by checking your Inbox. Do review your dashboard several times each day.
