Here's the invitation that went out to a small group at a couple of organizations we work with. We have room for about 20 more people to call in...if you can make it, great!

Please join us on Monday, July 28th, at 2pm for our 2nd TeleSeminar with Jason Womack. Jason will share some of his ideas on Personal Performance as they relate to being Fit and Effective (www.FitAndEffective.com).

Jason is going to meet with us for a few minutes (10 minute presentation, 5 minutes of Question/Answer) in between his trips – he’ll just be returning from Washington DC, and he leaves for London the next day!
