If there is a secret to setting better goals, when would you want to know? Me...I want to know now! I figure the sooner I know, the more I can do, right?

In my new book (thanks for the gift, Joe Bruzzese - founder of Sprigeo.com), I read a great quote by Abigail Tritton:
"Drive your stake far out in the universe."
Ok, so here are the three things I suggest you do. If you'd like to know more, let me know in the comment section. If 15 of you comment, I will even do a conference call you are all invited to!
1. Understand the "10 meter concept." What and who you let in to that circle will influence what you think you can/should do.
2. Write down - specifically - what you'd like to see get better. Put it on a sticky note, card, white board or (my favorite) bathroom mirror (using a white-board pen!) and at the end of the day ask, "What did I do about that today?" Don't walk away until you think of two things.
3. Ask for help.
Here's wishing you an even better day!

Srinivas,
Whoever and whatever is in my 10 meter space will influence what I do, when I do it, and how it gets done.
Look around you, right now: Those things influence what you'll do next. Want to do differently? Change what's around you.
Make sense?

thank you jason! it's exciting to have some guidance on the small steps to making the big things happen.
my cutting edge seems to be in the question of which sticky note to pay attention to when!?
i would love to hear more from you on this topic.

Can you explain what the "10 meter concept" is? Any references/links will also do. Thanks.
