Right now, our company is receiving mentoring and coaching through the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program. So, when I saw that Mr. Jarrett was discussing strategy and execution in this podcast, I watched it. Twice.

"If over 70% of corporate strategy plans fail..." And with that statement, he had my attention. I'm fascinated with using strategy not so much as a goal to move toward, but as a focus that changes what I DO today.
