Mastering Workplace Performance - seminars

Occasionally, we will plan seminars for groups in different cities around the United States (and abroad, if invited!). If you'd like to find out about those events, please join our newsletter today!

Managing Workplace Performance:
Each leader, manager and individual contributor is continually judged on his or her workplace performance. Leadership demands the balance of skills and interests with the available time and the company’s strategic focus. The Workplace Performance Seminar and Coaching Programs provide the specific examples and practical strategies individuals use to achieve corporate objectives and enhance time management skills.

Additionally, participants learn how to maximize technology and other organizational tools as well as optimize their physical workspace. Each seminar is designed to meet and exceed identified performance and productivity standards.

OBJECTIVES:
After participating in coaching or seminars, attendees:

  • will identify specific strategies to maximize attention, focus on priorities and effectively achieve goals;
  • will know how to more effectively use electronic platforms (computer programs [Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook, Palm Desktop, etc], PDA’s, etc) to manage their commitments; and
  • will understand strategies to reduce work-related stress and enhance your life/work balance.

TOPICS COVERED:
*Focus and time management: Getting more out of your day
*Email, Gear and Tool management: Use technology to save time and get more done
*Workspace management: Design and use an organized desk space
