I agree it is always helpful to keep a log of "habits." In my log, I also keep track of how I feel physically and emotionally. I seem to understand my moments of waning motivation, stronger work outs, emotional highs and lows, etc. (Which for me, are strongly tied to my diet!) I like the wine part too, Nik! ;-)
