...remember that even a 20 minute walk outside, in the fresh air, before or after work (or, even on a lunch break!) could help freshen your mind and energize you for the rest of the day.
You will experience a mental win, and you'll release endorphins and elevate yourself toward a more positive mood!
(I've got a little walk, outside my house and down the street, that takes 15-20 minutes. Here's a view from outside...)
