I love hearing from people who read this blog! It makes me feel like a lot of this falls on fertile soil, and slowly - but surely - things begin changing. Here's a note I found in my inbox today...
Hi Jason,
Your articles inspired me to start riding to/from work last year (for a few months) until it started getting too dark on the way home. Then I moved the workout into the gym. It feels great to be active again.
THANK YOU!

Yah - hoo! I'm reading a book on potential and performance, and enjoyed some of the opening comments by Lance Armstrong. The author, Brad Kearns, interviewed Lance and others to identify and invite others to follow specific formulas to engage in life, and be more successful.
Here's what lance says early on in the foreward:
"...We simply have to take action, take control and create the lives we want."
One of the things I see people doing is identifying their own growth points, and setting themselves up to take advantage of them. In Mervin's case, he has started a routine, enjoys the benefits, and looks to continue doing what he knows will work for him. Good work, Mervin!
