Thank you for reminding me about the "Brilliant" speech. I can remember, last fall, when I went through a 32-day process...each nigh, about an hour before going to sleep, I watched one or two "TEDTalks." That month helped, as I "fell into" a personal development routine.

I remember this quote (from Brilliant) resonating over and over again:

"Early detection, early response."
