I agree with what Fabien has said. After the Workplace Performance seminar in San Fran. I programmed Outlook to open my calendar as the first thing to view. It helps so much to look at the calendar and tasks that are on the agenda for the day. I always feel like I am in control of my day. When I would open Outlook and email was the first thing that I saw, I automatically went into a 'reactive' state where I wasn't doing what I had planned on doing for the day.

Just my experience.
