If there is a secret to setting better goals, when would you want to know? Me...I want to know now! I figure the sooner I know, the more I can do, right?

In my new book (thanks for the gift, Joe Bruzzese - founder of Sprigeo.com), I read a great quote by Abigail Tritton:
"Drive your stake far out in the universe."
Ok, so here are the three things I suggest you do. If you'd like to know more, let me know in the comment section. If 15 of you comment, I will even do a conference call you are all invited to!
1. Understand the "10 meter concept." What and who you let in to that circle will influence what you think you can/should do.
2. Write down - specifically - what you'd like to see get better. Put it on a sticky note, card, white board or (my favorite) bathroom mirror (using a white-board pen!) and at the end of the day ask, "What did I do about that today?" Don't walk away until you think of two things.
3. Ask for help.
Here's wishing you an even better day!
