Based on a conversation I had recently with a Get Momentum member living and working in Europe, we recognized that “making habits” may just be one of the least productive things someone can do.
Are you looking to build new habits? Be careful…Ok?
Surely you’ve got something on a project or task list that you’ve not had time to “do” just yet. Now, when you think about WHY you haven’t done that thing - whatever it is…be it personal OR professional - surely you could claim that you “haven’t had the time to do it.” That would mean that you’ve got OTHER things to do that are getting in the way of that ONE THING you want done. So, this begs the question:
Are the things you’re doing being done because (and only because) they’ve always been done? If the answer is anywhere on this shade of “yes,” I challenge you to question this things.
