When you have something important to say, how do you do that?
It seems like there are times when my mind is on “scan.” You know, when you’re driving along in the car and instead of listening to just one station, you click the “Scan” button and the radio automatically changes station every 5 seconds or so? When that happens, I realize that minutes - if not whole hours - can go by before I realize I’ve been distracted that entire time!

Meeting with leaders last month in California, New York, Bali, Hong Kong and Vancouver, Canada, I heard over and over again the same (ok, it was really, really similar) complaint people have. Before I share theirs, let me ask you:
