Within an hour, a max of 4, you're going to see someone.
Anyone. A coworker. A friend. A family member. A lover.
Do you ever wonder why?
As in: "Why am I hanging out with these people?"
This is a picture we asked the barista at Rustic Bakery in Novato, CA to take at our #CoffeeChat event on Halloween morning, 2015.

Sitting in the midst of greatness, surrounded by family, new acquaintances and old friends, it's obvious to me...
We come together because we can help each other.
That's the bottom line. You...you're here to be awesome. The people around you, they are here for one of two reasons:
1. To drag you down. To pull on you, to make it hard for you to be everything you can be.
(Notice: I don't say DO ... I say be. And I mean it. We need you. We need you to BE the you that you were out here to be. Once you know what that is - once you align with the "superpower that is you" - magic happens. YOU show up. And...we need that.)
2. There is another type of person in your network, your community, your team, your family and your friends.
"They" represent the ones that say:
Go.
You got this.
What do you need?
Your relationships, they'll take you to the next level if you'll do just two things:
1. Share from your heart. What do you want to be known for?
2. Ask for assistance. Clearly, exactly, specifically. Let people know what you're working on and...
Ask.
For.
Help.
