Let me describe a pretty typical scenario...
Let's say you're meeting a colleague for coffee, and she sends you a text message saying she's running 15 minutes late.
If you knew that an hour ago, you'd have spent that extra time reviewing a document at your desk.
But, sitting here in a conference room, you wonder what you could do while you're waiting.
What would you do?
- Check email on your phone?
- Flip through Instagram?
- Update Facebook?
- Do nothing? Get upset?
HERE'S A BETTER IDEA:
15 minutes is about 1% of your day.
Finding these extra 1%'s throughout your day is crucial to increasing your productivity and gaining momentum.
In my experience working with clients, they admit they lose roughly 5% of their day because they're not ready for these free 15-minute windows that pop up throughout their day.
That's why I made this video. It's short. It's less than 3 minutes. And it's got a few ideas to help:

It'll take less than 1% of your day and will EASILY give you a 10x return in time and productivity.
I always liked the concept of 1% because you start to make concrete actions and that's an antidote for inaction.
And it's is all about extra time in your life and extra life in your time.
Tx for the inspiration (again)
