That thing you know you need to do, well what's the plan?
Is it time?
Not to commit. Not to learn what you could do. Not to subscribe to another magazine...or program.
You already know what to do.
Now is the time to do what you know.
Let's be really honest with each other: you are either going to do the work, or not. There are a few good reasons not to. And by good, I mean REALLY good. In your notebook copy the bold print here in the picture below:

Right now, I am thinking of some big goals for the last few months of the year. I've got personal goals (health, relationships, travel) and professional goals (income, new programs, client relationships). What I know about thinking and planning is this:
"Future Jason" may not be in a good place relative to all these ideas that "Current Jason" is writing in his notebook. This is important, friends. The things that you plan for tomorrow have to meet the "you" that you will be.
There's only one tool that I trust to work: Mental Preparation.
Rehearsal. Visualization. Guided meditation. Seeing it...before you see it.
Whatever you call it, start seeing yourself as the kind of person who does the things, makes the decisions, acts in ways that are congruent with the kinds experiences you'll deserve.
It's the only way I've really seen people change their habits.
